Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bestlawncare.co.uk, operated by Lawn Care Company UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery and the full order total are shown before you pay. If we find a material error in a price or description, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled.

Orders and payment

Paying for an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Orders are fulfilled once payment has cleared. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we never ask you to email card details.

Delivery

Delivery charges, times and the courier process are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

You can cancel within 15 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as explained on the Refunds and Returns page. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
