Shipping and delivery

We deliver throughout the UK. Standard tracked delivery is free when the order value is £75 or more, and £25 below that amount.

Delivery options

Standard delivery: we dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Free on orders of £75 or more, otherwise £25.

Express delivery: we dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days by tracked courier. £25 on every order, whatever the order value. Choose it in the cart before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number. Items in the same order can be sent in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Dispatch and timing

Any product-specific lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have agreed a fixed date with you in writing.

Address accuracy

Check the name, address and postcode before paying. Contact us straight away if something needs correcting. A change may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

Damage or non-delivery

If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us the order number and photographs. If your parcel has not arrived or tracking has stopped, contact us and we will investigate it with the courier.
