Refunds and returns

Changing your mind

You have 15 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to cancel. This is longer than the 14 days the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require. Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to send the goods back. Email theteam@bestlawncare.co.uk with your order number before returning anything, and we will tell you where to send it: goods go back to the warehouse they were sent from.

To be accepted, a change-of-mind return should be in its original packaging, complete, and handled only as much as you would need to inspect it in a shop. Please include your order confirmation or another proof of purchase from this website. You pay the cost of sending change-of-mind returns back to us.

There is no cancellation, restocking, packing or handling fee.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with the order number. Orders are usually dispatched quickly, so contact us as soon as you can.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, has missing parts, is not the item you ordered or does not arrive at all, tell us straight away with the order number and photographs where relevant. We will put it right at no cost to you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation above and are not affected by it.

Exceptions

Some legal exceptions to the cancellation right may apply, such as goods made to your specification. Any product-specific exception is shown before you buy; it is never assumed for ordinary stock items.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you showing that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to your original payment method (card or PayPal). If you prefer, we can hold the amount as credit for a future order instead. Purchases made from other retailers cannot be returned to us.
