Privacy policy

Last updated 21 October 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

This policy explains how Lawn Care Company UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, handles personal information when you browse the site, place an order or contact us. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we use

We use the contact, delivery, order and support details needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent fraud, keep records and answer your messages. Payment details are handled by the payment providers (Stripe and PayPal); the store never receives or stores your full card number.

Why we use it

We use your information to perform the contract with you, to meet legal obligations, to protect the service and for our legitimate business interests. We ask for your consent where the law requires it, including for optional analytics and advertising cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Who receives it

Relevant details are shared with payment, delivery, hosting, email, fraud-prevention and professional-adviser services only where needed for these purposes. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States and Thailand, under safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email theteam@bestlawncare.co.uk to use any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
